Server Rules - I-SCUM

Administration reserves the right to:

☢️ at your own discretion change/add rules at any time
☢️ ban a player for violating server rules (without explanation)
☢️ at your own discretion adjust server settings (due to various changes in settings by developers)
☢️ decide on punishment at your own discretion and preventive measures depending on the situation
☢️ conduct player checks if there is a suspicion of unfair play upon receipt of reasoned complaints from other players
☢️ suspend player activity for investigation or block violators without warning
☢️ when visiting a site, a server in SCUM or a DISCORD server - you automatically agree to the rules DISCORD and Terms of Use, as well as EULA Policy and Server Rules

Chat and Discord Rules:

The following is prohibited on the server:

☢️ (1.1) insults to relatives, discussions based on religious and racial hatred
☢️ (1.2) insults to the administration and players
☢️ (1.3) spam, flood, advertising of third-party projects
☢️ (1.4) excessive use of obscene language
☢️ (1.5) discussion of politics
☢️ (1.6) begging
☢️ (1.7) discussion of cheats, bugs, exploits
☢️ (1.8) discussion actions of the administration
☢️ (1.9) use of special characters and hieroglyphs/profanity in nicknames - sale of game items for real money - advertising of third-party resources/services not related to our server
☢️ (1.10) communications in the chat are carried out only in English or Russian. It is prohibited to use other languages.

BUILDING AND LOOT PLACEMENT RULES:

☢️ (2.1) 2 flags per squad = 1 base and 1 flag per raid (more on this in the raid rules)
☢️ (2.2) It is forbidden to use twinks to build additional elements of your base, to install flags around the perimeter of the main base. Any additional accounts are considered as a basis and automatically become squad members.
☢️ (2.3) It is forbidden to build on POI (POI - key objects) territories. The map of the ban is indicated below the page. If you are going to build near a POI, the distance from the POI should be at least 300 meters in the case of small locations, and 100 meters in the case of large POIs
☢️ (2.4) It is prohibited to build on buildings with military loot or other valuable loot (spawn of black screwdrivers, etc.), as well as hang locks on the doors (all military buildings, WWII bunkers and airfields)
☢️ (2.5) It is prohibited to block or mine bridges, roads, even if they intersect with your base
☢️ (2.6) It is prohibited to build on gas stations. Do not hang locks on the doors.
☢️ (2.7) Any anti-raid is allowed, everything that the developers have come up with, but only if the loot can be reached by raiders during an explosion or hack
☢️ (2.8) It is prohibited to build, store loot and vehicles in green zones.
☢️ (2.9) It is prohibited to build a base from individually installed elements. Palisades made of poles, fences made of poles, etc., individual elements (a palisade is NOT an element that has the width of a character models passage)
☢️ (2.10) IT IS FORBIDDEN TO STORE LOOT ON A WALL IF IT IS PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THERE (WITHOUT USING RAMPS, PARACHUTE JUMPS, BOOSTING)
☢️ (2.11) IT IS FORBIDDEN TO BUILD TO THE TOP OF A WALL, TO STORE LOOT ON A WALL
☢️ (2.12) It is forbidden to build in tunnels and caves
☢️ (2.13) It is forbidden to build inside texture buildings

Vehicles:

☢️ (3.1) It is forbidden to raid using transport, using various glitches and bugs
☢️ (3.2) It is forbidden to abuse transport in the bot shop
☢️ (3.3) It is forbidden to raid bases using transport by buying it to get to the next floor (exception: if this transport can physically drive there without spawning on the base territory - it is possible)
☢️ (3.4) 1 plane per squad. If there is more than 1 plane at the base, then all are destroyed at once without warning

RAID RULES:

☢️ (4.1) Raids at any time
☢️ (4.2) If possible, we keep records of raids so that after the owner screams that he was raided by cheaters, there is evidence to the contrary
☢️ (4.3) Prohibition of passage through walls/gaps using all kinds of glitches (loss of consciousness, resurrection, etc.)
☢️ (4.4) It is forbidden to raid using transport, using various glitches and bugs
☢️ (4.5) It is forbidden to abuse transport in the bot shop
☢️ (4.6) It is forbidden to raid bases using transport by buying it to get to the next floor (exception: if this transport can physically go there without spawning on the base territory - it is possible)
☢️ (4.7) It is forbidden to set a flag for capture and go offline on this base and so on in a circle. You must set a flag for capture and leave the base. Otherwise, you will not be able to set a flag for capture again until you leave the base.
☢️ (4.8) IT IS FORBIDDEN TO USE THE !unstuckme COMMAND to penetrate other peoples bases or texture buildings. The command is intended only if you are stuck. If you do use this command on the enemy base, please provide a video of each use of the command on the enemy base.
☢️ (4.9) It is allowed to set a flag for a raid to build a raid hut, ramp, etc. It is not necessary, but it is recommended to enter the command !raid in the game chat, so that later there are no questions about how you got to the roof of the base when the ramp or hut is destroyed. After setting the flag, you have 12 hours to use the territory. After the time has elapsed, you are required to destroy your building and flag. If after the raid you do not have the opportunity to destroy the flag and buildings, then you need to go to the base and press the key combination CTRL + C, then in the ticket chat CTRL + V. Screenshots of the map or a verbal description of the area will not suffice, only coordinates.

Stream Sniping and General Conditions:

☢️ (5.1) During a stream, it is forbidden to engage in "stream sniping", i.e. interfering with the gameplay by tracking the streamers current location on the video.
☢️ (5.2) It is forbidden to interfere with the calm boarding and disembarking of a character in a vehicle in the traders zone. That is, it is forbidden to prop up the doors in any way, prop up the car with another car, etc. It is forbidden to stand on the car when leaving. Those who complain about such situations must provide a video that clearly shows that there is a violation and who is committing this violation.
☢️ (5.3) It is forbidden to block the traders exits.
☢️ (5.4) Any in-game exchange of anything for anything is allowed, except real money.
☢️ (5.5) It is forbidden to fly into and be on the very top of the game wall.
☢️ (5.6) It is forbidden to fire from an airplane, thereby using a game flaw and shooting without recoil
☢️ (5.7) It is forbidden to move using the "Snake" technique, sliding along the ground from a standing - lying position.

Mines:

☢️ (6.1) Defensive use: ONLY inside your flag perimeter
☢️ (6.2) Offensive use: ONLY during a raid to protect and destroy base building elements
☢️ (6.3) FORBIDDEN on roads/railways/bridges
☢️ (6.4) FORBIDDEN outside the flag
☢️ (6.5) FORBIDDEN within the flag without a base defense (craft house, game building)
☢️ (6.6) FORBIDDEN to disguise mine placement as defense buildings
☢️ (6.7) PROHIBITED within flag area, created for mines
☢️ (6.8) Flares/Fireworks/Silent Flares ALLOWED outside flag area. Cartridge Flares are prohibited
☢️ (6.9) Spikes are allowed within base defense roads
